Return & Refund

Not satisfied with our product? Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. Please activate a return request via the "submit a return" section located in the footer of our homepage menu.

Please note that our team is processing your order almost immediately on receipt of it on first-come first-served basis. Therefor, Linenshed won't accept for any reason a cancellation of order over 24 hours that it has been validated, and even if the said order has not been shipped out.

You can return the product within 7 days from time of receipt of your parcel, at your own expense, using the return card enclosed in the package you have received. 

All returns must be couriered to our Hong Kong office after receiving an authorisation number from our Linenshed shipping department. 

You will have to request an authorisation number prior to return any parcel to us, this number will be sent to you by email.

Delivery fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original packaging and in their complete working condition.

We only refund the price of the product deducted from the courier charges the customer paid during the purchase. Linenshed doesn't exchange returned items. The item in good condition will be refunded within 30 days of receipt.

Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. Please activate a return request from the homepage menu.

The customer must verify the good condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product at reception and declare an eventual defect within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Like for most of the products made from natural material, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.

Difference in color may be caused by some other reason such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color , please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible but please note this is not considered as a defect and so courier charges are not refunded.

Items from Home wear and Casual wear collection, Custom sized items, fabric by the meter, Quilted bed-spreads and selected items (please read article description) are not eligible for return as they are custom made as per your size and colour. Only in the case of evident defect shown on the product, we will accept your return.  Please send photos prior to receiving our acceptance for return.
